Production scheduling and shop floor management for small manufacturers running 3 to 30 machines. Machines, people, materials and schedules in one place, replacing the spreadsheet and the whiteboard.
Credential and licence expiration tracking for medical billing firms. Staggered renewal alerts, payer enrolment tracking, exclusion screening and a document vault, scoped per client practice.
How we work
You get a written scope, a timeline and a fixed price before any code is written. If the scope changes later, the price is re-quoted, not absorbed.
Short cycles, each ending with something that runs. You get a link to the working build every week, not a status update.
We deploy it, set up hosting and hand it over: documentation, account access and training for whoever runs it day to day.
We stay on after launch for support, monitoring and the next round of changes, on a monthly retainer or by the hour.
